It varies. Some clients work with me for 3-4 months during an acute transition; others continue for a year or more. We’ll regularly check in about your progress and adjust as needed.

I am a contracted therapist with Octave Behavioral Health and accept the following insurance through them: Blue Shield of California, Anthem / Out of State BlueCard, Aetna, Cigna Healthcare/ Evernorth, Centivo, Health Net. I do not accept insurance through my private practice.

My full fee is $175 for a 45 minute session. However for clients who are under financial duress, we can discuss a lower fee that works for you.
